We try to make signing up as a property manager as easy as possible.
There are three steps to the Manager Signup Process:
Create Manager Account – should take about 15 seconds, just your basic login info
Sign Manager/Landlord Agreement – available online for electronic signature
Complete and Sign Merchant Account Application – can be downloaded from the last signup page and is a fillable PDF for your convenience.
Once we get the Merchant Account Application back from you we will submit it to the processing bank for approval. The expected turnaround time is about 2 business days. During this time you can add your properties to the site so once your merchant account(s) are live we can activate your properties and you’re good to go!
